For Swami Ramdev Baba Medicines, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, Magazines & Books only: Items are Shipped after next working day. All orders, by default, are for English Editions only, unless specified otherwise by way of options with the order.

For Medicines: Orders are accepted on "Best Efforts" & on "First come - First Served" basis, subject to the availability of the stocks. Please note that due to high demand and limited availability of any medicines of Swami Ramdev, we may run out of any item/s. Sellers reserve the right to ship the medicines in parts, in case of shortage, under advance intimation to the buyers. As such, please order your medicines well in advance, much before your supply has finished. D Y M Trust/ Divya Pharmacy/ Patanjali Ayurved Ltd. etc./ the manufacturers keep changing the Packaging/ Lablels, Mode of Packaging, Weights of Medicines; in side the new packing etc. etc., as such as seller, we reserve the right to offer packages with higher weights and request the buyers to pay the proportionate difference in the price, via the secured payment gateway of www.PayPal.com ; which buyers must pay before hand to get the medicines. In case, some medicine is out of stock, but its parallel medicine for the same disease is available, the seller offers to send that parallel medicine and buyer accepts this. with the condition that the difference shall be payable / refundable by the both sides, as the case may be.

Shipping by Air Mail:  Our prices, are not inclusive of any delivery charges.You will be charged separately for shipping by Registered Post, By Air Mail  by India Post to All the Countries, served by India Post.

Delivery may take 2-4 weeks more or earlier, depending on the Postal Systems & Customs Clearances of both the countries. As the Tracking number is provided by India Post, we can provide you with the same issued by India Post (of Government of India) on request by email only. Buyers may track such packets, on the online tracking page of the website of their Countries' official/ Govt. Postal System, if available.

"EMS Speed Post" :  'We offer "Express Mail Service" (EMS); "Airmail International Speed Post" via India Post, at $20.00 USD,  extra for First 250 Grams or part thereof and $5.00 USD, each for every additional 250 grams or part thereof, of your order. The gross weight of the Ayurvedic Herbals may be approximately double the net weight of Ayurvedic Herbals, due to its bottles/ Packaging etc..

Please pay this invoice on receipt online.

For orders received from rest of the countries, the packets shall be sent by "Airmail, Registered Post", only and not by any Courier etc.. "

English Language Editions: All International Orders shall be supplied by default in English Language Editions, unless specified in the order.

Other Language Editions: All the VCDs are available in English & Hindi Editions separately. All the three Books by Swami Ramdev are available in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Marathi & Bengali Editions separately, at the same rates. To order the other languages editions of your choice, please select the correct Language, while ordering & payment, as no change/ refund or cancellaction is possible after the payment has been made by the buyers.

Most of the DVDs by Swami Ramdev are having two or more sound tracks, English/ Hindi etc., as mentioned with the DVD; two or more languages-in-one DVD, selectable by the user per the user manual of the DVD player.

Upon receipt of Payment, all packets are shipped, after the next working day.

Insurance - Optional: In - transit - Insurance is available @ 35% of the total of  the purchase price plus the shipping & handling. If required, please send us an email via "contact us" form and we shall send you the Invoice via PayPal for the exact amount in US Dollars. Please pay this invoice on receipt.

Herbal/ Ayurvedic Medicines: Please note that Customs Authorities of certain countries do permit the import of Herbal/ Ayurvedic Medicines into their countries, for personal use, as such we do supply the orders to such countries. Buyers may buy the products, after consulting at their end, about the permissions, duties etc.. Buyer pays any Customs Duties and completes the formalities etc. at their end at their cost/s. In such cases, the support to the buyers, by the Voice Calls, may be provided FREE for first call only & thereafter on payment of $5.00 USD per call to be paid in advance by buyers, as per our contact us page. Please note that support by emails, may be provided to the buyers FREE for first email only & thereafter on payment of $5.00 USD per email, payable in advance by the buyers. The Patients/ Buyers are, of couse free to make couple of calls to us, per our contact us page at their cost. 

The Buyers from certain countries, often request us to ship their medicines to the address of their friends/ relatives in another nearby country, which permit import of such medicines, without any Customs Duty or restrictions etc.. We honour such requests, on merits.

Free Shipping Economy: Our prices, are inclusive of delivery by Un-Registered Post, By Air Mail  by India Post  to the all the Countries covered by India Post.

Magazines are usually sent in the 1st / 2nd week of the Month.

Language Editions: We offer only English, Gujarati, Hindi & Marathi Editions of the Magazine. Please place your orders after carefully making sure you are clicking the correct language, as no change in language edition is permitted later.

Insurance: No Insurance is available, as this is monthly magazine only.

Orders once paid, cannot be changed/ refunded or cancelled.

In the case of lost issues, no replacement copy shall be sent. In such cases, the subscription shall be extended by one month.

If magazines are returned back to us, for any reasons, such packets can be re-claimed by buyers, only on payment of Shipping & Handling by the buyer, for the second attempt to deliver, as follows:

a) for delivery by Un-Registered Post Air Mail via India Post $ 2.00 USD.

b) for delivery by Registered Post Air Mail via India Post $ 3.00 USD.

Please understand that no refunds can be made in case of returned packets, as we charge for shipping & handling for delivery on first attempt basis.
